- Select the object to which you want to add CV's.
- Hold down the Option key and select the Insert tool.
- By default the new column is added in the V dimension. If you want to add the new column in the U dimension, select the U Col button in the Constraints Palette.

- In the Camera view, click anywhere on the selected object.
- While the mouse is down, you can move the insertion point to the desired location and then release the mouse to complete the operation.

If you select the Insert tool without holding down the Option key, the tool behaves as in version 3.2, i.e. you get the Insert Options dialog box which allows you to indicate where you want the new column added with respect to the currently selected control point.

New Text Editors
The Script Editor, which is used to attach scripts to objects, has been renamed the Expression Editor, and the new Script Editor can now be used to attach a script to an entire scene.
